They breach their contracts, over charge you, make you pay for services that are never provided. I've been assigned a new case manager at least 7 times in the past couple of months. There is no corporate number or higher up so if you have a true issue, you are on your own. I pay them to handle my taxes and they are always behind. I end up having to pay the IRS late and of course interest is accrued. They will not cover anything even if it's their fault. I have texts promising one thing and then it never happens. Currently, they are holding my tax information and legal documents which is illegal. I've contacted the governor of NM along with other representatives who have told me to try to rectify the problem with Lavu before taking legal action and they have made no attempts to make things right. These people are scammers and act in bad faith. Once they get you in the door then you are on your own. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

They over promised and underperformed. Really awful. Stay away from them if you can.

HORRIBLE Experience! Hardware issues. Software issues. Integration issues. Terrible Customer Service. System was never fully operational. I returned everything and went back to my original provider.

If I could give a 0 stars I would!! This company Lavu has only done 1 thing since April 17th.. Its almost July. We were told 3 weeks to design,set up and ship a system!! None of that happened!! No return calls , no return emails I got a phone call from a guy named Mike for our menu.. via zoom call.. after that it was like non existent.. then they start sending payment bills for a service that they NEVER DELIVERED. I was excited to get THE P O.S System but nothing ever happened.. i got a shady email and a call with no business name wanting all kinds of personal information copy of my license, a signature, a picture of the front of my store, just a total scam pack ! I informed them these type of requests are usually done through docusign a secure email for sensitive information with security protocols. They said "oh let me talk to a manager and we will get you a secure email" that email or call Never came?? Then after repeated attempts to get going I finally said "im done" weve had another company do what they were supposed to and they set me up ,on-boarding done in 3 days shipped the system and have it scheduled for install and in-person training for the 29th. Lavu just couldn't simply do that and its been more than 2 months. Now they are attempting to charge me a cancelation fee of 12 months at $98.00!!!NO WAY LAVU that is breach of contract for services not rendered its thievery I've contacted an attorney, the BBB and the consumer affairs department next i will file complaint with the state attorney of New Mexico.. this company has a record of trying to challenge merchants and falsely charge thousands of dollars .. If they would have done their job they would still have a customer. But a total failure on the part of LAVU and the complete non delivery of services has brought me here. I will negatively review them EVERYWHERE AND EVERYDAY till they resolve the matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! *UPDATE* After the review Lavu called me and they resolved the payment issue!!! Being honest they asked me to remove this review for settling a balance and ending our already non existent relationship. I said I would once they showed the proof termination other than another email.. thst was a week ago so im updating the review with the current situation They contacted and sent me an email stating a 0 balance and no further billing actions..

Lavu support service is very poor, it appears most of the technicians are not in the US, the representative that helps us set up account is unable to answer our questions, they are not returning our phone call, this company is scam

They are scammer I never get their product but they will try to charge the money so first time they try to charge $99 and then after every week they try to take 105.03

We worked directly with sales rep "T" at Lavu and went through a full demo and quoting process. Throughout that time, we were communicative, asked detailed questions, and were transparent about our decision process. After deciding to move in a different direction, we shared that decision respectfully and even provided context on the system we chose. During that conversation, "T" reacted by saying “ewwww” in response to our selection and told us to “call me in 3 months when things are failing.” That interaction was unexpected and came across as dismissive of the thought and strategy behind our decision. We were shocked by how discourteous he was as after the work we had done together! Immediately after that call, he sent an email offering to “give us one more chance” if we reconsidered. We responded clearly that our decision was final, as stated in the call, and that we would not want to move forward in the future based on how we were just treated (whereas we were originally open to considering them someday as our business needs evolve). His reply then shifted tone, framing the situation as “arguing over email” and criticizing how we handled the process, despite the fact that our response was simply a direct follow-up to his offer and an explanation of why we would not proceed. He also pushed to move the conversation to a phone call rather than continue over email. Given the contrast between how communication was handled in documented settings versus private calls, that raised concerns for us. Additionally, during the sales process, we asked multiple times for communication to go through our office line, yet he continued to call a personal cell, which was disruptive and not aligned with our request. Up until the final interaction, we had been open, respectful, and thorough, and would have been open to future conversations. After this experience, that is no longer the case. If you’re evaluating POS partners, pay close attention to how communication is handled when a deal doesn’t move forward, it’s often the clearest reflection of what working with them will look like.

My customers keep saying that there credit cards are being charged on days they have not came into the store. My system is always having errors. My printer doesn't print half the time. Customer service take a long to to resolve issues. I keep asking for them to let me out of this contract because I'm not happy here
