Loving Cats Worldwide® (LCWW®) is a global cat registry founded by international cat judge and global cat advocate Steven Meserve. We put feline education, advocacy and rescue at the heart of our work. Through our events and online platforms, we educate millions of cat lovers, give rescue groups a prominent stage, and have helped facilitate more than 4,000 adoptions worldwide since our founding.LCWW® licenses events to separate companies around the world. These companies manage their events locally, while LCWW® maintains pedigree records and supports affiliates with education, marketing and social media. We work to create a welcoming culture that celebrates cats and gives rescue groups a meaningful place in the spotlight. The majority of the issues raised in reviews here concern events in the United Kingdom. The company that operated those events is no longer operating there. We understand the frustration caused by cancellations and refund delays. LCWW® has acknowledged the issues brought to us and is working with the relevant event companies to address outstanding cases, including refunds in process. We are actively working to return to the United Kingdom and hope to hold events there again in 2027.We’ve held 14 shows in 2026, with 7 more planned globally and an eighth under consideration. We look forward to continuing our work for cats, rescues and the people who love them. The website link connected to this Trustpilot profile is not working correctly, and we’ve made Trustpilot aware. This organisation doesn't even deserve 1 star. I bought 2x tickets for the London Catstravaganza event last year which was cancelled last minute with refunds promised. I chased this up for months after and never recieved a refund. A year later still no refund and the contact email address bounces back and is no longer in use. This is a complete scam and I warn anyone against spending money on this.

Shouldn't even get one star man is a fraud. Stay well away from him and his shows. He will take your money and cancel the show and not give refund to anyone.

I was signed up for the Philadelphia event this past December and after it being taken down from 2 days 1, it was then cancelled the week of the event and I still have yet to receive my refund for $420. These people are crooks and I hope karma gets them.

Absolutely not, con man, does not issue refunds, does not go through with events, lies to people, owes people in the UK a lot of money.

I bought 2 tickets for the Bristol CATstravaganza for April 6th 2025 in January 2025. On 13th March I received an email stating it had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 60 days. After that time passed I emailed enquiring about my refund and was sent an email stating it will be with me within 60 days. Months passed and I sent multiple emails only to be sent the same email as before. It has now been a year and a half and I still haven’t received my refund. It has now reached the point that I don’t receive any replies to my request for a refund. Highly disappointed.

This company doesn’t issue refunds. They cancel events. And promise a refund, but…the refund never comes. Been waiting over a year and a half on mine (£100 for cancelled Belfast show). Please, don’t line this company’s bank account with your hard earned cash. They will gladly take it and run (and laugh whilst running!) Avoid. Forever

Steven — I see you've been busy. Rather than refunding the customers you took money from, you're now going through Trustpilot flagging honest reviews as "defamatory," including mine. Trustpilot reviewed it and found nothing of the sort. So answer the question you keep dodging: where is the refund you personally promised me, and everyone else? I paid for two tickets to your London event over a year ago. You cancelled at the last minute. Your own policy says refunds within 60 days. I've had none — just recycled automated replies, then eventually silence, after your own personal promises to sort it out. I'm one of many saying exactly the same thing. You clearly have the time to try to erase criticism. Use it to do the one thing you owe these people: give them their money back. Until you do, I'll keep warning every cat lover I can to steer well clear of LCWW.

Terrible experience dealing with these folks. Ignored. Lied too. Tried to purchase tickets for their show for a 30th birthday present. Was postponed with notice then pushed back again and then cancelled. No sign for a refund for them had to get my bank to take it off them. Got it back. But they were for giving it back if it was up to them. -3/10 would not recommend. **** They tried to flag my review. But it was brought back online cause they are just liars. Disappointed in your behaviour. * NO IM 100% CERTAIN THIS IS THE COMPANY IM COMPLAINING ABOUT. GROW UP. Pathetic excuse for life.
