Love your support team. First class. Kinda like the site builder, which has improved but could go way further. Dislike the slow pace of improvement for the site builder. Really dislike the lack of transparency re site builder improvements: no requests / trello board, no way to see features most requested or ability to up-vote, nothing — my requests go into a black hole. Love the many ideas you share on how to win in business, more of that please! Love the culture that welcomes feedback like this.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for your feedback! We definitely welcome and value every bit of it! Please also know that all of your feedback/feature requests are always being read and organized directly by our product team. Definitely not entering a black hole! Not everything submitted can or will be implemented, but we have added many features based on ideas submitted by customers just like you. Your ideas help make the product and user experience better, so thank you! Glad to hear you're finding lots of value as you continue to work with Leadpages and our support reps and educators! Thank you for being an awesome part of this team and advocate! Our best, The Leadpages Team

We jumped around from landing page builder to landing page builder until we found Lead Pages. We tried Click Funnels, Thrive, and all the built ins from ConvertKit and Active Campaign and not one gave us everything we need. But Lead Pages, they make building landing pages a breeze! I don't have time to do a ton of work making our pages look professional, they make it so easy with super easy to customize templates, the ability to clone, also being able to integrate everything we use! Email servers, Zoom, Podia, Stripe, so far there's nothing we haven't been able to do and don't get me started about their Customer Service! I would say they have the best Customer Service of any platform I am using or have used for ANYTHING! I have never had to wait for help and they stick with you until you are 100% sure of what you are doing. Can't say enough!
