LeafGuard Brand GuttersReviews of leafguard.com

Timeshare/Kirby vacuum.style sales pitch. Spent well over two hours, most of which was attempts to whittle down price while expressing I did not need the three days I ask to make a decision. Actually had to ask the salesperson to leave. Very disrespectful!

I am a Disabled Army Veteran I schedule an appointment. Their Interactive Voice Response (IVR), is not Disabled Veterans friendly, same as their employees. Because they want both Phone and Email, i provided email. Because they could not confirm phone number *They are SPAM, unknown number", they would not confirm and did not notify me they was canceling

Horrible experience!! Gutters were purchased several years ago and I have had nothing but problems with drainage, clogging, etc. They do not back their warranty at all and will not return phone calls or show up for appointments! Later found out from roofers that did roof, that gutters were not large enough to accommodate the drainage. I would not recommend this company, as they are scammers and take advantage of Seniors!!

LEAFGUARD is horrible. I was approached by a salesman for LEAFGUARD at a Taylorsville Park event before the 4th of July who told me (and gave me a paper describing it) I would get a Lowe’s $25 gift card just for letting them come out to inspect my rain gutters, show them to me via their extendable camera, and give me a price for new gutters. I agreed.  A guy came to my house July 6th unprepared, without the extendable camera, and he didn’t go up a ladder or anything to look at them either. He simply wrote a quote for replacing them: No measurements, description of all it entailed, nothing. He also didn’t give me the gift certificate. But the paper said it could be 10 days before I would receive it.  Ten days came and went. Several calls later and they gave me the same empty promises to send it. Now it’s September 18th. Many customers have reported issues with the Leafguard product and the willingness of the Leafguard team to respond to and fix issues related to warranty claims. LeafFilter has far more positive customer reviews. Stay away from LeafGuard. Similar names but GUARD is not trustworthy.

RUN DON'T WALK FROM THESE LIARS AND CHEATS...CALLED AND CALLED HUNG UP ON MANY MANY TIMES AFTER LISTENING TO FOREIGNERS THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH FOR HOURS. CAME TO HOME "5" TIMES WITH NO RESULTS, ONLY LIES AND EXCUSSES. THEIR SYSTEM STILL LEAKS LIKE A RIVER. OVERFLOW HAS STRAIN GUTTERS EVERYWHERE! LITTLE ROCK EMPLOYEES STATE NO LIFE TIME WARRANTY ONLY 1 YEAR! LIARRRRRRS... HOPE JUDGE JUDY WILL SPANK THIS HORRIBLE GROUP. YEP, THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO SENIOR CITIZENS !!!

Incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I'm trying to get a quote on some work for my church. It's now been almost three weeks of trying to track down the rep who met with me to find out when I'd be getting a quote. Finally tracked down the manager of the local office and he was able to find the quote in his system, but it wasn't broken down into the various areas and buildings on our campus as I'd requested. Everything goes to a call center and the people returning calls are totally unhelpful. The guy I met with didn't have business cards. Don't know if that's company policy, but it sure would have been a lot easier to just call him directly. And of course once you're in their system the annoying boilerplate sales texts and emails start.

Not sure where to start - I am a current customer (not by choice), bought a home with this system on. Put a front porch addition on a few years ago and had to jump thru many hoops with my contractor to install these miracle gutters on our addition so as to not void our warranty. Have called at least 15 times over the last 60 days to get someone out and install additional downspouts at my cost….zero returned calls. Call center knows me by name and are very apologetic…was told that local branch (Burr Ridge) is unresponsive which is obviously true. Still waiting for my phone call and service appointment. This company is a JOKE!! Stay away!!

Horrible company that I would not recommend to no one! I would give it a zero stars if I could! First of all with the price they ask for their gutters you would expect some help in case of issues... Well guess what? You get none! My mother in law and I decided to install gutters on our townhouses. We live side by side. The guys came and made the installation. I told them that one gutter was place wrong because a part of it, where the water goes out, is on the yard of another townhouse and this is completely illegal! The guy told me to talk with his boss and that it was the way he was told to do it. What a liar! He called me back few weeks after saying that he wont be helping me because he knows his job. How stupid! After that, no help. No matter how many messages, pictures, videos and calls I left nobody answer back. The installation was done at the beginning of the year and now we are in August. Everytime we call them they say that a team is coming soon and it never happens. Ah! And to end this, some gutters are not even close/done completely and the free trip they promised you before you sign the contract is a big lie. Be careful with this company or you will get scammed like us and be aware of JACOB KADICH. He is the "boss".
