I could not understand the workers. They couldn’t speak English. My son-in-law came by and called the lead on the crew that was hardy here and told him some things that need to be done. We loved our salesman, William Davis. The worse thing was the floor of the shower was so slippery I couldn’t use it until someone rolled grit on the floor and I waited three days to use it after the grit was put down.

I am very happy with my shower remodel. Everything was done professionally and i am beyond thrilled with the result. the two gentlemen that were here for the install worked non-stop for several days without even any music. i have nothing but praise for their work and ethic!

I have to be honest this was not my cheapest option, however after considering all the safety features and this was the only company that talked about a soap dish. After prayerful consideration and the detailed presentation and professionalism by Mr.Bill I am so glad I made this my choice. The idea of getting rid of my deep jetted tub was not an easy one. However, my disabled brother broke his hip and since then needed our attention to get in and out of the shower as well as puting in and out a shower chair and we are no chickens either. Mind you, I did change my design and need additional assurance that this would meet my expectations not once did they NOT step up to the plate! Even when I pointed out what I imagine to be a flaw during the install. Mr. Derrick was right on it! I would have to say the clear shower doors are a bit much to keep sparkling but the shower walls are an easy clean up and the finished product is a WOW!!!!

The installation was done, however there are issues with the way certain things were left and the installers threw away my curtain rod. They claimed they would replace it but to this point I have not been contacted. I am upset that nothing has been addressed.
