Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Installer were professional and tub is easy to use and easy to enter. We enjoy the walkin tub.

This is about Leaf Home Safety Solutions. I order a walk in shower from them in August 2021. I took 3 days off from work for installation. The installation started on Monday 12/13/2021.After the installer left on the third day I notice that the back grab bar was angle wrong. The soap rack was put on the wall behind where the wrong bench will have to go so therefore I can't lend backward. Also the wrong shower head was install but was change to the correct one a week & half later. They gave me 3 extra corner shelf. The tub that was remove in order to install the walk in shower was left in 2 pieces in my driveway for 3 week. That's the day he also batch the wall that he cut when removing the tub to begin with. I hope other customers have better experiment than I did.

The installer was super nice. He couldnt have been any more respectful to my mom and her home. He covered the floors and always cleaned up right afterwards. He did a great job removing and old tub and putting in a new shower with all the handles my elderly mom needs. He went beyond want was required to complete the job.

adam was on time and had it fixed in a short period of time thank you

I am very pleased with the proficiency of the installers. They were thorough and I love my new walk in shower. I did find 3 scratches 2 in the back wall and one in the lip in the front so that is why I am giving only 4 stars.

All's well so far. ~Bill Massey

For 10000.00 I would think that the caulking would be better. I pointed it out out but the men said It was "OK' . I'm not a happy camper about it

GOOD EVER THING IS FINE.
