We enjoy our new tub. The sales person didn't tell us how much water it uses, but we enjoy it. The water jets feel real good.

It looks beautiful. I had to silicone sliding door frame rails. One sliding door rubs bottom and hard to move. I just have to get somebody to fix it. I don't like how the base is shaped. Easy to lose your balance. Inside should have 4 shelves. It only has 2. I'll get use to it. I get lots of comments on how great it looks.

Our experience was less than stellar. First, there were delays from when we signed the contract to when someone actually showed up to do the installation. Then, we were told it would be a one-day job, it took a full week! And, the doors were wrong and had to be replaced and after it was done, we had to call and have him come back as the holes that he drilled to install the first shower door, all needed to be filled in to prevent mold. Not a great experience, to say the least.

I am extremely disappointed with the Harmer vertical platform lift that has been installed at my residence. It has never worked properly and I don’t think anyone in the Charlotte office has been trained to install the platforms properly. It has gone from working once, then I had to go to my circuit box & reset. Now it doesn’t work at all. At this point, I would like them to come remove the unit and refund my money.
