Entire team from Bjorn aka Robert Somerfield, to Kevin to the two agents who did the installation work was superb. While the price charged was a high bar for me I am pleased with the finished product and congratulate Leaf for being represented by such an impressive, congenial and well-trained team.

Installation was very good. Installer did a good timely job. The stairway is narrow, too narrow to get appliances up and down to the basement with the stairlifts. The installer said to call them and they will remove the chairs if I need to replace the appliances. I appreciate this.

I didn't receive any information about payments, to open my account in the site, and how I open my bank account to put my payments in AUTOPAY.

The job everyone did was excellent. Matt, Greg, and the installers all were fantastic. LHSS did a quality job. The materials and workmanship were top notch. And their warranty is the best in the industry. I originally was thinking of using another company to install my walk in shower and I am GLAD I didn’t. I would not hesitate in using LHSS. You will NOT regret it.

Alex and Carter explained everything in great detail when they came to show me information about the stair lifts. Milan, the installer, did a wonderful job installing it. I did not have anything to clean up when he finished. He had to cut the plaster board to install two outlets and there was no mess left to clean up. The stair lifts are quiet and easy to use.
