First of all I had no idea what I was getting into when looking for a new shower. But when Josh came to my house he explained everything in detail and even showed other bath company’s and the differences. Pricing was simple and easy and and straightforward. When the installers came to my home they were professional and easy to work with. The install took 2 days to complete and when they were done they cleaned up everything and left me with a BEAUTIFUL shower!

The Accounts Manager met with us at a convenient time, was fully knowledge of the project requirements and equipment needed and walked us through both a visual and text presentation that answered nearly all our questions from the start. His guidance through what questions remained made the choice very easy.

Clean up was not the best

The quality of the actual work done was very good. However, the cleanup was terrible. They left trash and a piece of their equipment on the lawn outside. They also left the door and insulation to the crawl space on the ground causing our home to become very cold. It bothered me and Jeannie very much.

On time when they said they would be here. Tony was great when he came on Wed night got us signed up and got it started. Jerry came out on Friday ont time to check everything. He got us scheduled for the following Monday. Clay got here at 9amgot right to work ripping the old one out. Very neat and clean work. Had it all ready to put then new shower in the next morning. He was back at 8:30 and had the new showering by noon. Little bit of finishing touches and he was done. It all looks great works great. We are very happy with the final results.

I was led to believe that you guys had your own install teams,my shower was put in by a contractor,while he did a excellent job, I was a little disappointed, once’s you guys got paid there was very little contact,I requested a couple of items exchanged but no contact not the way I like doing business

Everyone was trio on the price. Construction was very good installer was very clean caring for my home. Call back for a for a little redo very polite came back the very next day . Did what I wanted done. He said if there was any thing else just give him a call.The bathroom is beautiful. I am glad I picked your company.
