Was very pleased with the fast installation of my stir lift. The installer was on time and was through. Had to contact the customer service for an adjustment on my stir lift, the problem was addressed promptly. Everything was easy and fast.

I had a good time working with leafhome safety solutions. They came in, did what they needed to do. Keep the work space clean and did a very nice job .old tub out , and installed my new shower.

Everything was great up until the show.6'3-4" gap in wall. A manager was suppose to call Mon according Mr Ward. No one has called as of thurs.

Our salesman was new. We feel he should have had more training. He was nice and reached out to his boss for answers. This made the whole process longer. We feel the price should be determined by the footage of the track. My mom struggles with the footrest. It seems to be too small, she has to strattle it. Overall it is a great product antd customer service is good to work with.

I give Leaf Home Safety Solutions Stairlift 5 stars because from the sales presentation to the installation of the stairlift, I have been delighted with the process and the quality of the product. Tom, my representative, was kind and respectful and answered all my questions. But what really sold me on the Leaf Stairlift is the amazing lifetime warranty. The Leaf Home Safety Solutions Stairlift has made a huge difference in my day-to-day life because I now am so much more independent. I can now look forward to spending many more years in my home.

Woefully poor customer service and communication. Have two installs. First one has damage and have yet to get it addressed. It's been over a month. I have to follow up with them on when my next install date is which has moved twice so far. The cost is not work the product or installation. Caulking is basic and should not look like someone smeared their finger to get it in. Poor attention to detail as well. Corner shelfs were loose. The curtain rod provided didn't even fit. If I could take it all back I would.
