Hi Barbara! I am so sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused. From what I can see, it looks like you were seen almost exactly a year from the date you were seen last year. In your state, the certification is only good for one year so it would have been time to renew. Also, in some states, the renewal date for the card and certification may be out of sync.
