Hi Jaden, we understand you've been in contact with our customer service department, and they have sent you all the documentation showing you have only been charged the regular fee for our doctor's appointment. It's important to distinguish between our fee and that of the state, which is an independent fee from ours. Could it be that the problem with the extra charge was made through the state and not with us? Please keep us posted, as we have a commitment to make sure all patients complete the entire process seamlessly.
