9 month script!!!
Dr Dattell only renewed my recommendation for 9 months instead of a year. This site, anyone affiliated with it and the customer service surrounding it are all complete jokes. I was SO unhappy with the experience I wasn’t even going to bother trying to get it corrected. With the abhorrent service, I’m sure that would be almost impossible anyways. Rather, I’ll just find a different and competent doctor when it expires. Inexcusable failures and poor job, all around!!!! :) thanks for damn near nothing!

The process would have been seamless
The process would have been seamless, except it took me several emails to get instructions on navigating the State website. It was like pulling teeth. I would get a partial answer then email again. Get another partial answer then email again....
