Hello Constance, we understand you are upset about your eviction case record from 2018. While the case may have been dismissed, the record of it still exists at the Court. If you wish to dispute the record with our data provider, please email a request to [email protected]. Please note, the record of the case will always exist with the Court and other data providers still may still access it. For housing needs, it will be only shown to prospective landlords for 7 years (until 2025 in your case). We hope you find this information helpful.
