I bought an espresso jacket and it costed me 500$, the leather was okay but the quality of the lining and the fur collar was horrible! Plus, the shipping was long, and untrackable. When I tried emailing the company, I had no response and when I tried returning the jacket, they wanted me to pay for all, like said in the policy, but to return the jacket and have nothing, it eould have costed ms around 250$ horrible!

Very disappointed. The trousers are smaller than advertised so don’t fit. legs are extremely tight for the size advertised. Resulting in not being able to fit them on. I can’t even get them over my calves and I’m small!!! This was a waste of time and money.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. According to your order, you selected Leather Slim Fit Pants With Patterns – Size EU 44 | US 12 | M, which corresponds to a 27.6-inch waist measurement. The item was produced and shipped according to the size selected at checkout. That said, we truly want to help resolve this for you. Please contact [email protected] with your order number and, if possible, your current body measurements so we can review the situation and discuss possible solutions. We appreciate your feedback and would like the opportunity to make this right.
