legendURNReviews of legendurn.com

I'm so happy we went with legendURN for the purchase of our urn. The customer service prior to purchase was outstanding. The video of the urn on the website really provided us with a very good idea of what the urn looks like as opposed to relying on pictures. Shipping was pretty fast and it arrived in pristine condition, exactly as ordered. Most importantly, the urn is perfect - beautiful, unique, and exactly what we had hoped for (and more). It was very costly but in the end well worth it. Thanks!

Beautiful and delicate urn

The urn far exceeded our expectations. It was perfect. The condolence card that came with it was a very nice touch.

We purchased the Lovebird memory urn for the remains of our stillborn Grand-daughter, Emilia. It is absolutely precious

Quick resolution of international shipping issue

I liked the different styles of urns offered and the company did a great job of keeping me informed of where my Urn was in the process (order received, being shipped etc.) However, there was a small chip in the bottom of the urn. It was packaged very securely so I feel like it probably had a small chip before it left the company.

I was looking for something nice for my Tootsy to RIP, say this site on Internet bought a pet urn, love it, its so pretty, even nicer than the picture, I'm from Canda and the service was very fast. Would buy from LegendURN again.

Do you live in the USA and want to order from this company, but scared to order out of the country? Don’t be scared there’s no need to worry. The vendor replies to questions timely and provides you with updates regarding your shipment. If they have questions about you engraving they contact you to confirm instead of assuming ensuring you get exactly what you asked for. The urns are made on demand so it is a longer delivery time, but in my opinion it’s worth it. I got exactly what I wanted.
