We value all feedback and take every concern seriously, but we feel it is necessary to clarify some key details about this case.
This customer purchased our $1,000 business credit setup package, and as per our process, we scheduled a welcome call to verify their information before starting the service. During the initial call, the customer provided incorrect information, which prevented us from moving forward. We communicated this and waited for two weeks to receive the correct details from the customer.
Once we received the updated information, we spent considerable time on the case. In the first follow-up call alone, we spent 49 minutes verifying all details and beginning the setup process. However, despite the information being verified, it was still incorrect, which required us to restart the process. These delays were caused by the inaccurate information provided to us, not by our team.
Despite these challenges, we continued to work on their account. However, during this period, the customer began to exhibit disrespectful behavior towards our team. Our agents remained professional, but the customer was frequently rude and impatient. We take the treatment of our staff seriously, and after repeated incidents of disrespect, we considered placing the client on our ‘do not service’ list. Nonetheless, we decided to continue offering our services after discussing the situation internally.
After completing the first phase of the setup, we moved on to the second phase: business credit establishment. At this point, we needed to confirm some additional information, but the customer informed us that they were having financial difficulties and could not make credit card payments. As we explained to the customer, building business credit requires active credit cards and regular payments, as these payments are what get reported to the credit bureaus. Without such activity, business credit cannot be built.
The customer then requested a switch in service, asking for aged primary tradelines instead of continuing the business credit setup. We informed the customer that aged tradelines were not part of the business credit package they had purchased, and we are not direct sellers of tradelines, which made fulfilling this request impossible. We also reiterated that the customer was welcome to return to the business credit setup process once their financial situation improved.
Unfortunately, the customer continued to treat our agents with disrespect. Our agents remained calm and professional during these interactions, but after repeated instances of rude and disrespectful behavior, we made the difficult decision to discontinue servicing the account. We cannot tolerate verbal abuse toward our team, and it is our company policy to prioritize the well-being of our employees.
It’s important to note that we spent over four hours working on this client’s case throughout the service period, well beyond the usual time we allocate. We made every effort to deliver the service that was paid for, but the delays caused by incorrect information and the customer’s financial constraints made it difficult to proceed. Additionally, their rude behavior towards our staff further complicated the situation.
We understand that the customer was going through financial difficulties, and we even offered the option to pause the service and resume once they were financially ready. Despite this flexibility, the customer instead chose to write negative and misleading reviews rather than taking responsibility for the situation.
We regret that this situation escalated the way it did, and we hope the customer finds a solution to their financial challenges. If they choose to resume the business credit setup in the future and can maintain a respectful relationship with our team, we would be happy to assist them and they can contact us
