Was told could not pay loan it was sent…
Was told could not pay loan it was sent to valley service even though option is available to pay on their website. Was threatened saying that i should not pay loan on their site or I will regret it. If it was paid I would have to pay twice. This is a scam. Customer service are rude people.

Greetings! When an application is assigned to a debt consolidator, all payments should be done through them. If you make any payment using our website and then Valley Service charges you an extra payment, you'll be charged twice. Nevertheless if this happen we will gladly refund you within 2 business days.
