Lendkey won't release the co-signer…
Lendkey won't release the co-signer even when the borrower meets the requirements. I tried to get my name removed from 1 loan in the amount of $7,700 and they denied it. My daughter has her Masters Degree, employed with the county and has a credit score in the high 700's. I was able to get a home loan with the student loans in my name with a salary lower than my daughters. Make that make sense.

Hello Pam, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We know how important it is for co-signers to feel confident about the release process. While a strong credit score and steady employment are great achievements, our review looks at several factors to determine eligibility, including things like payment history and income. We understand this can be frustrating, and we have communicated the specific reasons for this decision directly to the borrower. If you’d like more details or have questions, our loan analyst team is always happy to help clarify further.
