They sent two left lens rather than a left and right. They requested I send them my frames so they could ensure they get it correct the second time. I told them I would return and reorder. Customer service was nice just wired request to send frames. Not sure if I will reorder.

No one could help me cancel the lenses I have been receiving online. I will be sending the lenses back, as my Rx has changed.

Sent a fraudulent text offering a discount to apply to a revill, and then automatically generated an refill of lenses that I didn't want. There was no way to cancel the order, and I never received a response from customer support case or an email I sent directly.

This was my first time using LensDirect and let me tell you, I was blown away with how fast the service was and how well informed they kept me. I shipped my glasses out on a Monday and I received them back less than a week later on Saturday. AMAZING!!! From the time they received my glasses to when I received them back I was very well informed.
