I had a really great experience with Lens Direct! Bibi was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and easy to fix a minor inconvenience I received from my prescription for my eye glaasses order. I can't say enough good things about Lens Direct! I sent in my favorite pair of glasses to have the lenses replaced, and they just went above and beyond! My glasses were returned to me very quickly in a nice box with a glasses case, lens cloth, and a fun little sticker. The lenses are perfect and my glasses are like new! The price was also very reasonable. I also love that this is a US based family company. I would never go anywhere else for my lenses. Thank you!

My RayBan frames went missing. Lens Direct claims the package was not sealed and the frames fell out and provided me alleged photos of the USPS resealed in plastic wrap and of the alleged unsealed package. However, I used a professional shipping company Pack Rat Shipping in New Orleans and witnessed the package being sealed. I also spoke with the owner of Rat Pack Shipping who offered to provide a video surveillance footage of the package being sealed which Lens Direct did not follow up on. LensDirect's idea of a fair resolution was to offer me a lesser value in house frames or 20% discount on Ray Ban frames or a refund on the lens. Offering a replacement with a lower-value in-house product or a partial discount on a new purchase does not meet basic standards of fairness or commercial responsibility. The lost item was a name-brand product with a clear market value, and industry norms dictate that such losses be resolved through equivalent replacement or full compensation.
