I haven’t used your website in several years, but have a different prescription due to cataract surgery. I have two frames that I love, and I knew you could put replacement lenses in them. I couldn’t get my order to go through, and Kissel was sooooooooo helpful! She stayed on the line while I kept trying and we finally got my order to go through. Kissel is an Angel, deserves a raise!!! Thank you again for your service. Margo Parker

I ordered lens replacement lenses for two pairs of frames. First of all, my frames took forever to come. Well over 1 month. Then the upgraded coating that I paid for that’s advertised as smudge resistant (among other things), my lenses smudge all the time! This is frustrating. The customer service isn’t any better. My issue was passed off to three different people (I’m not even sure they were human) and one of them addressed me as a name that’s not even mine. So frustrating!

Hello Tauris! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Waiting over a month for your frames is already disappointing, and it’s even more frustrating when the upgraded coating you paid for doesn’t perform as expected. Smudge-resistant lenses should absolutely meet the standard we advertise, and we’re sorry they haven’t lived up to that for you. On top of that, being passed between multiple representatives and even being addressed by the wrong name is not acceptable. That’s not the level of service or attention anyone deserves. We truly apologize for the delays, the product concerns, and the poor communication. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
