Chelsea was very understanding and tried to help me with my order. I was not able to download the needed distance measurement and unfortunately had to cancel. I recently placed an order for lens replacement. I have yet to receive the installed lenses in my frames but must say that if the quality of the craftsmanship is as excellent as the customer service, I will be very pleased. The price is about 1/2 the price as the quote I received from the local optical store! I had a very good experience and want thank the REP for the care, patience I received!

After making a mistake when placing my order. I called 1-800-Lens-111 and I got to speak with a human being within 30 seconds. Rissa was able to help me out and sent me labels while we were discussing the return. Short and simple process on my mistake. Make sure to try them out. My original order was processed timely and arrived in just a matter of days. Thanks for the quick and painless help!

1) Had frames for greater than 30 days with poor communication on timeline. 2) Escalation to Customer Service was met with reassurances and no action. 3) Lenses received were chipped and unpolished (a paid add-on service). 2 stars, as refund was issued and frames were unharmed on the process.

Waiting over 30 days without meaningful updates and then receiving chipped, unpolished lenses after paying for that add-on is understandably frustrating and disappointing. I want to give credit where it’s due. After some initial frustration, my issue was escalated to a supervisor named Starra, and she completely turned the experience around. She reviewed my case carefully and approved a full replacement of my frames and lenses, which I truly appreciate. While I couldn’t exchange for Oakley or Ray-Ban, LensDirect ultimately stood behind their product and made things right. I would recommend continued training for non-supervisory support staff so manufacturing or frame-quality issues can be recognized and resolved earlier. It would also be helpful if frame quality were more clearly covered under warranty, as that would prevent situations like this from escalating. Thank you to Starra for handling this professionally and ensuring a fair resolution.
