Kwasi was extremely helpful and polite. There was some confusion regarding my order (understandably so), I feared that my order would be delayed. Kwasi took the time to listen and understand the situation and then took it upon himself to rectify the situation quickly without introducing delays. It could have easily added a few additional days of processing to my order but thanks to Kwasi the order is shipping earlier than expected. Thanks to this experience I will return to LensDirect!
