What an incredible service for revitalizing older frames which you love, and all at a literal fraction of the price of traditional retailers. Process is simple and quick, and the customer service team with reps like BiBi Khan make the entire process an absolute breeze. Trying to find more of my old frames so I can do this again!!!!

I recently ordered lenses through LensDirect and had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to my customer service representative, Dion. From the moment I reached out with questions to the final delivery of my lenses, Dion was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring my order was handled with care. It’s rare to find such attentive and personalized service these days, and Dion truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend LensDirect—not just for their quality products, but for the exceptional support they provide. Ask for Dion if you get the chance—you’ll be in great hands!
