There was a little delay in my glasses but I contacted customer service and not only was I connected quickly with Natasha but she helped me get my questions answered as well as upgraded my shipping! I am overall very satisfied with Lens Direct! I will purchase again!

Keisha just saved me and my trip. My contact lenses were on backorder for almost a month and was nervous they wouldn't arrive before my trip. Today 03/30, I called customer service and Keisha went above and beyond and got my contact lenses to ship today! They'll be arriving on Monday with Fedex 2-day shipping.
