If I could I’d give them a 0. Have used with LensDirect for years with no issues. No longer true. Ordered contacts 3/15 & on 3/21 was told the right contacts were ready & being inspected & packaged. No info since. Then on 3/24 was told left contacts were back ordered with no date to be available. Having been trying for a week to get some info with no success. As info their phone line is so busy you can’t even get through. Same with text & chat option. So email is it & getting no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM LENS DIRECT!!!

I've been using LensDirect for several years. Have had great services and prices from them. Their representatives are quick to respond and very helpful with whatever you need: prescription updates, orders, changes, and returns. My most recent issue with auto-refill it somehow made me order a second set of contacts lens unknowingly. I immediately sent LensDirect a chat and a rep was able to assist with my return on the spot. They gave me a prepaid return label and started the process ASAP. Excellent customer service. I would recommend others to use them.

Starr was very helpful regarding my order. I ordered a pack of contacts but the shipping was taking a while. When I contacted them Starr made sure to expedite my issue and change my shipping priority so I get them quickly. My contacts are on back order but she managed to make sure the manufacturer knows.
