Olivia Mark was my phone representative and she was amazing. She helped me with the discount code that I couldn't understand and gave me excellent customer service. I work in customer service as well, so it means a lot. Thank you!

Denise listened to my issues with my order, identified a solution that would work for me personally and then followed through with management to make sure I got what I needed regarding my order. I will be a returning customer to Lensdirect because of the service I got from Denise.

Warren Lewis answered my frustrated email very quickly. He understood what my frustration was and confirmed with me that I understood what I ordered. I was instructed to send my frames/glasses back in and I received them back this past Friday. I am very happy with them and really appreciated Warren's help making this return easy.
