I have placed two orders this year for replacement lenses. The process was very easy and the results were great. The lenses seemed better than those supplied by a large Optometry center, and I only paid half the cost. Shipment was quick and safely packaged.

If your top priority is obtaining top quality lenses & expert craftsmanship, look no farther than LensDirect. The single vision, blue blocker lens replacement service they performed on my frames has provided me with a great pair of TV glasses, with superb vision quality & an extremely comfortable viewing experience for hours at a time. Their prices are very affordable, their support team is awesome and it was less than a week from the time they received my frames to the time I received the finished product. There is one improvement I would suggest if their goal is to provide a completely in-home online service. That would be to include an inexpensive paint marker with the $5 shipping box they offer. The box came with instructions to obtain a paint marker, and while wearing the glasses you're sending them, use the paint marker to mark the position of your pupils on the lenses. I assume many customers like me, in need of a shipping box, will also be in need of a paint marker, requiring them to leave the comfort of their home in search of one. I was tempted to just drop my frames off at a local vision care center to have the lenses replaced if I needed to travel around town anyway. I chose not to. Would I recommend LensDirect? Definitely!

I was again, worried about my order because it was still delayed so I emailed the company again and I received another prompt response from Denise. Denise was very kind and sent out the contacts they did have in stock for me.

The glasses are Flip-Up Sunglasses. The frames have clear prescription lenses behind nonprescription sunglass lenses that flip up, out of the way when not needed. The order was to: A) replace the fixed clear prescription lenses with new clear prescription lenses B) replace the nonprescription sunglass lenses that flip up with new sunglass lenses Instead of doing what I ordered and paid for, LensDirect: A) replaced the CLEAR PRESCRIPTION LENSES with NONPRESCRIPTION SUNGLASS LENSES B) did NOT replace the flip up sunglass lenses. The original sunglass lenses are in the flip-up frames. I've made several phone calls and 11 emails since mid January regarding this oder with no end in sight.
