Duval was absolutely the best! She helped me solve my issue quickly and without any problems. I really appreciate her concern and ability to resolve this problem. I will definitely be purchasing from lensdirect in the future because their customer service is impeccable.

Avoid at all cost! I had a great pair of frames I needed lenses for. I sent them in and waited and waited and waited! The entire time there crappy website stated my lenses were being worked on. About a month in I called to see what the hell was taking so long. They at that point stated they did not receive my prescription? This was a blatant lie due to the fact I not only entered it in manually but also uploaded a photo of it? You can’t even order without completing that part so total lie. I then asked why no one contacted me and why did the website state they were being worked on? They completely disregarded my questions and said they would rush the order with no compensation or regard for how long it was taking. It made me so mad I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from some place else both pairs I received before I got my frames back from lens-direct. It took 2 months in total to get them back that’s 2 months of bad vision thanks to there incompetence. If you need to see at your job your better off going elsewhere…

I needed account help and Aliyah made sure I got it! My past ordered and prescription weren’t showing and it was making reordering tricky. It took a few different tries, but she made sure she figured out the issue and revolved my problem. She was always very quick to respond and my account is back on track now. Big thanks for her awesome customer service!

Duval was very helpful and knowledgeable about lensdirect.com products. I was not familiar with your lenses and definitely a bit worried about changing brands. He was able to answer all of my questions and assure me I would be satisfied or the lenses would be fixed to satisfy me. Duval is a great asset to your organization. Mike Loughlin

The service representative, Duval Auguste, did exactly what I wanted and did it quickly with no problems. That's great service.

The service & communication was good, most importantly the lense price was EXCELLENT. I don't have insurance coverage for High Index lenses, and the price they make them for is literally up to hundreds of dollars less expensive then the chain stores. I had my eye glasses back 10 days after I mailed them. I did have to adjust my frames in the store I bought them at but it worked out. Would recommend using Lens Direct for the re-lense your frames service.

@conradfrancois was wonderful in ensuring my order was placed and ready to ship as we had to cancel an order or two before placing this one :). She was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Conrad!

Karielle took ownership of an issue with my glasses. She clearly is knowledgeable, instills confidence, understands how to provide the best customer service possible to exceed expectations. Suggestion to management and owners. You may want to call your 800 number and email your company to measure the customer experience. This was my fourth call, as well as 3 emails going back and forth on a simple defect.
