Duval is part of the Lensdirect team and one I'd recommend everyone stay clear of. I requested expedited shipping a week ago and come to find out the order was never placed after expecting the shipment as requested. Duval simply tells you what you want to hear. Lensdirect IMO seems to have some big staffing issues. Email after email, chat after chat for a simple matter with a few of the team.. I cancelled the account and went back to dealing with 1 800 Contacts. Order is confirmed and I'll have them to my door in 2 days.

Had dried contact in package when opening. Sent email with photos 2 business days later informed replacement process has begun from manufacturer. Waiting at this time to receive replacement contact. Aliyah with lens direct has been on top of issue so far thanks so much Aliyah!
