My experience with customer service at Leonlite was outstanding. After sending an email explaining my issue, I received a prompt response requesting a few details. As soon as I sent back the details, I received another email stating that my replacement light would be sent out the next day. It doesn’t get much better than that. I was so impressed with their customer service that I decided to more lights from them since I know they stand behind their products.

I was helped in a timely fashion. The warranty representative was clear, concise, and helpful. After providing the few things required for my warranty claim, my product was processed for replacement.

I ordered a set of 6 lights via Amazon and couldn't get one of them to work. I reached out to customer service via the provided email link, but was expecting to be disappointed as we often are by many companies' customer service departments. Luckily, I got a reply back within a day from Ruby A, who provided immediate guidance and assistance. I provided her the information and pictures she needed and she had a replacement light ordered and shipped the next business day. It couldn't have been an easier, or more pleasant experience. I connected the new light, which they tested before shipping, and it worked perfectly. All of the lights look great.
