Junk! They’re trying to bribe everybody to leave a five star review and they’ll give you a cheap accessory that’s gonna break anyways like the bike. These bikes are built very cheap. Yes they’re fast but they don’t last long constantly something breaking on them. They sent me this link as a paid review. I do not recommend this brand to bike Lenox.

I am writing this to urge extreme caution to anyone considering purchasing the Leonx X1 AMP 2.0 MAX. This product represents a severe safety hazard, and the company’s customer service is entirely unresponsive. After completing the assembly of the bike over the weekend, I turned the key on for the very first time. Instantly, the bike caught on fire. Fortunately, I was in a space where I could manage it, but if anyone unboxes and assembles this bike inside their home or garage, a catastrophic house fire could easily occur. The electrical components or battery configuration present an immediate, dangerous risk of combustion upon initial startup.Following this incident, I immediately attempted to contact Leonx LLC. I have sent multiple detailed emails, made numerous phone calls, and left voicemails. The company has completely ignored my outreach. There has been zero communication, no offer to rectify this dangerous defect, and absolute silence from their support team.Do not waste your hard-earned money on this bike. More importantly, do not risk your property or your safety. The build quality carries severe risks, and if something goes wrong, you will be left entirely on your own by a customer service team that refuses to respond.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer support. I attempted to contact them about a potential sponsorship and they never got back to me. Well, they did send me one email. They never responded after that and I attempted to join their affiliate program using the app that they provided and I had not been approved for over a month and a half finally when I called them today I told them my frustrations and told her to please get me in contact with part of the marketing team and to give me a direct phone number or their public number if they don’t have one while waiting, she just completely hung up when I attempted to call back she refused to pick up at first the service was amazing then downgraded to shit the bike itself from what I can tell is amazing but don’t trust a customer service they will not help you

Leonx.com. One of the worst companies to order products from. They gave me the run-around for an e-bike I ordered for my son from them on March 24, 2026 and I was still waiting to July 2026!! 4 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for something you paid for. The real kicker is my son was extremely disappointed because that was supposed to be his birthday gift and I didn't know what to tell him, other than "I'm sorry" . I hope you these people get their priorities straight, other wise please close shop immediately. You don't know how to manage your business. I say that sincerely. Never again.

The bike hasn’t worked after the third time riding it. The company sent a throttle as their team said it was a throttle issue. That was not the issue. Offered $100 or a free helmet. That doesn’t replace a $1400 bike that doesn’t work. The company has refused to replace the bike or give a refund. We have contacted a lawyer for further action. Do not recommend this company at all.
