We’re truly sorry we lost your trust. This is not the experience we want for everyone. Regarding the shipping, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected upon checkout, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive. Processing times may also be extended during holiday times, launches/re-stocks, and promotions. About the Plum Beauty Oil and Plumbody, they both have the same natural and subtle marzipan scent which generally has a sweet, powdery, and creamy almond aroma. There was no fragrance added. If you added Route Protection when you checked out, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
