I really liked my order, and I was very happy that everything arrived in time for my son’s party! Overall, everything looked great. The only thing I was disappointed with was the cupcake wrappers. I purchased 30 of them, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use any. I found them very difficult to assemble, and they wouldn’t stay closed properly around the cupcakes. I tried several times, but eventually had to give up and use something else. I was a little sad because I had purchased all 30 specifically for the party, and they ended up going completely unused. Other than that, I was happy with my order.

Thank you for sharing this, Victoria, and I'm so glad everything arrived in time for your son's party. I'm really sorry the cupcake wrappers were such a struggle to assemble, that's not the experience we want. Please email us at [email protected] so we can make it right.

Never disappointed with a Let’s Festi order. I had to put together a baby welcoming for myself in less than a week and let’s Festi helped me Custom order something that I couldn’t even get done by myself on the website mind you I was recovering from a C-section at the hospital when I was working on this. Very grateful for the let’s Festi team I went back-and-forth with me till I got what I wanted.

I love festi!!!! I am first time customer and I will be using this company for every event I have moving forward. Plus the shipping was so fast and smooth! I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. The communication is top tier! You don’t get a lot of brands that respond quickly and give you reassurance. Plus a follow up email? I love this company so so so so much!!!! Thank you for making my sons birthday special ❤️

Super easy to use, great customer service and communication, everything was perfect. I got my stuff in time for the party. I used their AI to generate a custom design for my sons birthday party and I even got to tweak the colors and items in my shipment as well as quantities of each item. I loved my experience, I will definitely be a returning customer for every event going forward!
