I had an amazing experience with LetsFesti! I ordered decorations for both of my kids’ birthdays, and everything arrived quickly and exactly as expected. The quality was fantastic, and the decorations made both celebrations so special. Their customer service was also outstanding—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend LetsFesti and will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered three sets of about 25 items. One set of my items was misspelled. I emailed Festi and explain explained how one of the items was misspelled and asked if they would be able to resend it by certain day because that was when I was having my party. Mind you I received my order pretty quickly in about three days. They refused to remake my order because they said it would not come in time. I loved the items except obviously the one that was misspelled. It was very unfortunate that they did not reimburse me or fix the issue. All they offered was 25% off of my next order. Just a heads up when you’re creating your order verify all the spelling is correct because they would not fix it at least they did not with me.

Hi Sumiya, thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry this was your experience. We do support changes and reprints whenever the time remaining before an event allows for it, and we're sorry that in your case we didn't believe a remake would reach you before your party. We're also sorry that the 25% off your next order wasn't a satisfying resolution for you. Please reach out to us directly so we can make this right.

My daughter’s birthday party was a fairytale thanks to Festi. I used their AI feature to create a garden tea party theme and the decor was exceptional. The items I received were exactly as shown on the site, everything came beautifully packaged and was very easy to assemble. I thought I was missing attachments for the party crowns I purchased and I spoke with Maddi, who quickly wanted to resolve the problem. I ended up finding the attachments in the box but customer service was top tier. All of the mom’s asked me where I purchased the customized party decor! I definitely recommend Festi for any party you’re trying to make and I will definitely be using Festi for every party I throw in the future. Thank you Festi for everything!
