Madeleine
My friend was throwing a football watch party themed birthday and Festi made the coolest custom theme with everything she loves! The quality was so nice and everyone at the party was obsessed with the decor. It was fun to design, easy to set up, and really made her living room feel like a real party.

I was very behind on planning my daughter's 2nd birthday and I desperately needing a few decorations made. I ordered a kit from Festi five days before her party. Not only was the Festi team fast at getting my approvals for the designs, they also made some last minute changes to the order and the kit still made it to me a day before the event. The Festi team made the entire process seamless. I worked directly with Madi - Madi was quick, kind, helpful, and everything was handled without significant back and forth. You can tell this team cares about its customers. I will happily order from Festi again!
