Anthony, is and foremost professional, I was worried and skeptical about the call and process . He handled the call by being informative and reassuring about the steps of the process. Customer service can be difficult especially when dealing with these sensitive issues, Anthony made the process easygoing. Thank you Anthony, for all you do.
