I ordered this back in September 2020 for 64.99!!!! Still have not received the equipment. Have sent several emails with no response. Filled out a dispute with my bank and they did not get a response from them so that money is in the toilet. Very pissed off!!! Company is a scam!!!!😡😡😡

They took my money and continue to promise to eventually ship the product. Do not deal with these crooks.

Level up bike. Ordered December 9th. They took my money the same day and text said they would let me know when shipped. Should receive in 7-10 days!!! Never heard a thing since than (February 19th) and will NOT respond to several emails/texts!!!! I've been scammed and very angry! DON'T purchase from Level Up!!!

This company is a scam!!! Order placed 11/6/20. It is now 2/13/21. Still no product. I have emailed the company 3 times asking for either the product or a refund of my money No response.

I placed my order November 19 and as of Feb 7, 2021 have never received my order. Like everyone else they took the money the day of order and have never heard anything. I have sent several emails and no response. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered cycle on October 21st, 2020. Nothing yet in February 2021. Charged to Credit Card October 2020.
