A very poor experience. Ordered medication that I was told was processing by the pharmacy. Despite multiple calls and emails the medication had not been sent 10 days after ordered. Each time I reached out I got the runaround saying that it was still processing. Then there seemed to be a problem with my address, which was correct. Finally on day 10 I learn that I need to talk with a provider before they can prescribe the medication. So how was the medication processing if it hadn't been prescribed? I asked for a refund and was refused because the medication was processing despite my never receiving it and not learning of any ETA. I have worked with other companies and have never experienced this poor level of service. Go to TrimRX or MEdvi instead.

Zero faith in their customer service. I received my first terzepitide and it was already warm. After trying to save it in the fridge I opened it and found it was cloudy. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Not only do the customer service options on the site not work (chat is broken and the phone number sends you to a different phone number). No one helps. They just email you saying someone will contact you, which clearly does not happen. I am now out $200 and a vial of meds.

scamming me via sms to my phone without ever having dealt with them. pretty sure this violates HIPAA on so many levels !

I don’t know how they got my number but the texts won’t stop!! I don’t need no glp never and ive reported it still continues-

Try to cancel and you get relentless calls from an autodialer that mimics calls from all sorts of area codes to disguise the real caller. Then they challenge your credit card cancellation so it takes weks to finally get charge backs. AVOID doing business with these folks!
