I've ordered from this company over a week ago with no contact since the order confirmation. The order status states complete, unfulfilled. I tried to contact customer service with no response received. The website states orders are processed within 48 hrs of payment. I hope this isn't a scam site, but it's not looking good so far.

One star only because zero star was not possible. I ordered a laptop for my niece two weeks ago, up until now nothing showed up. They just took the money and disappeared, their contact us section is useless. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

nous sommes très déçus des talkies walkies pat patrouille que nous avons offert, la qualité d'écoute est très mauvaise et à peine audible, il faut quasiment hurler dedans pour être entendu.

Service client désastreux. Article livré avec pièces manquantes pour Noël (quelle belle expérience pour mon enfant à l'ouverture du cadeau !). Le retour du produit est à la charge du client !!!! Honteux.

He pagado un pedido el 19/12 que ponía me entregaban para Navidad, esta confirmado y pagado pero no tengo información ni seguimiento, no contestan a los formularios de contacto que les he enviado y el pedido no llega. No se que voy a hacer, si no llega solo me quedara la opción de denunciarlo. He visto que hay varios casos de este tipo, que habéis hecho? Habéis conseguido que os llegue?

Unfortunately 0 stars was not an option as that’s what they deserve. Exactly the same as many below comments, funds taken, over a week ago now, order showing as unfulfilled still, no emails of explanation, yet they have found the time to spam me with more advertising in the meantime, have used contact form and has no contact so not sure why they call it that, searches for phone numbers also an got as far as their french offices and wen around in circles on their switchboard but never got to actually speak to someone. So it’s scam they will just take your money, steer well clear of them

Same as other reviews. Made a large purchase, paid £8 delivery only for it not to be delivered! The order says completed but delivery unfulfilled despite the money coming out of my account. Emails and complaint remains unanswered. Avoid ordering from Lexibook at all costs!

I’m in the same boat as a person giving a review a few days ago- exact same gift - order unfulfilled two weeks later- no communication- no answer to three emails of inquiry. Over 100 euro taken from my account. V poor
