Lyle. I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your speedy and super professional resolution regarding a garment bag that I wanted to purchase from Lexington. Not only were you very knowledgeable but you really took the time to walk me through the options available. I appreciate that. Plus, the bag was delivered the very next day. I will definitely be a return customer. Many thanks. Paul.

Hello Joyce, We do apologize, as you contacted us on 2/14/2020 requesting a RA# to return your item which we replied with instructions and have not heard anything about the order since then. If you did ship the item back, please contact us at [email protected] and please provide the shipping tracking number that you shipped the item back to us under for us to review. If we did receive the item back, we will issue a full refund immediately, however, our records do not show receiving the item back, nor any further contact from you since 2/14/2020. Update: After looking into your order, it appeared you returned your item directly to the manufacturer, and not the the address for returns. We have sorted this issue out and issued your full refund. Thank you, Lexington Luggage

Very fast shipping, Excellent service. Unfortunately, I found the bag was a bit larger than I anticipated. Lyle S. gave me a return authorization to send the bag back. Since their store was closed due to the Coronavirus situation in New York City, they weren’t able to receive packages. I was asked to hold on to it until they could receive packages again, while being assured that the return deadline would be extended for as long as needed. Within a week, Lexington Luggage had set up a location away from the city to take returns and Lyle contacted me to advise me that I could return my item. I returned the package and was refunded within 24 hours of them receiving the package. A+ service. I would definitely recommend Lexington Luggage and look forward to doing business with them again!
