Reliable, efficient option for businesses
As a new business owner, finding the right technology can be daunting and a bit overwhelming. I was fortunate to find LiberationTek, a company with integrity that I can trust with my business. Their website hosting with SiteBuilder combination simplifies things for me as a business owner. The service is reliable and they respond quickly to support tickets. The knowledge base is useful and includes helpful videos. Hub for Teams is a little clunky but gets the job done. Overall, I am very satisfied with this service!

CEO responded personally to help!
I was not understanding the process to create my account, and received prompt responses and was able to access. Instead of cancelling, I am more committed to this company.

Liberation Tek, excellent platform and service.
As a novice to building my own secure website, LibTek has been amazing. They responded quickly to all of my questions, resolved all of my issues simply and clearly. They kept me up to date on tickets in progress, reversed charges when I made an error, and their website builder has been excellent. So grateful for freedom oriented services!

I was able to buy product with a visa gift card. It took personal effort on the companies part for me to do so. I applaud their effort.

Liberation is a wonderful company
Liberation is a wonderful company. I have been using their services for almost a year now. Plus, I refer my clients to them for tech services. Not only do they take care of customers with excellent customer service, if you have a problem, the open tickets are answered usually within a few hours, and resolve quickly. I also love the email campaign platform, they are constantly upgrading the products making them more efficient and user friendly, but not to worry their staff is there to help, or you can use the knowledge base library to learn the products and services. They also work with PayHarmony an excellent merchant services that is based in the US and American First company.
