Customer support was excellent. Chris was very prompt in addressing our problem and solving it (we had an old account that we had forgotten about and was no longer accessible to us, but we were still paying for it). He found the account, canceled it, and refunded the last payment.

Transitioning my show with a new title and brand, I chose to edit my entire list of 83 episodes with new art and audio uploads. This process created challenges that was smoothed out with support from Chris, and again with Rich. Since most of my content is timeless information, and relevant to educate my clients, it was imperative that I updated past episodes to reflect the new brand. I minimized my categories and included the draw to the show in the new title. Episode numbers referenced in several former and upcoming episodes to encourage the audience to listen to more than just the newly released episode.
