I have not received my order. It took 5 days to get the order sent out, and it still has not arrived. It has been 10 days since I placed the order.

Shipping issues! Last order took 7 days; intolerable!. Previous order shipped in 4 days; excellent! The order previous to that took 6days; almost intolerable!

When I, Sar Yoeung ordered Ubiquinol I want to change my credit card. Unfortunately it was impossible to put a new one. So I have to order per phone instead online. It is not easy for me to talk on phone because my English is bad so that the receptionist has difficulty to understand me. This has happened when I ordered on Dec/27/24.

I had a bad experience with my purchases. I made two orders online during the Black Fridays. The online system showed that the orders were successful. Later I did not get any email about the shipping of my order. I called the customer service one week later. I was told that my orders have been cancelled because I ordered too much Co Q10. In total I only ordered around 40 bottles for my family because they have heart problems. When Life Extension canceled my orders, I did not get any cancelation email. Because of this, I missed other Black Friday deals. Life Extension customer service causes me to pay more to buy CO Q10 from brands.

I just ordered the NitroVasc. The webpage shows only HALF of the ingredient list. I am allergic to corn, and when it arrived today I see that it has maltodextrin, which is usually corn, and modified food starch which is also usually corn. I would not have ordered it if I had seen that part of the label. Any idea if the maltodextrin is corn in this product? or the starch?

We apologize for any concern this may have caused you. Per FDA labeling regulations, the label lists all ingredients added to the formula and will also list any of the 9 major allergens required under the FASTER Act. While the maltodextrin and modified food starch in this formula are derived from non-GMO corn, there is no corn directly added to the formula.

When I ordered the blood panel for my husband, the representative told me we would be able to contact LabCorp and request that the labs that were available right away could be released separately from the rest of the panel. This has not been the case, so we have wasted money. This was a time senstive medical condition.
