I have had the best experience and I am only half way through the program! I love my coach Allie! She has pushed me to be the best version of myself! I have participated in a lot of sports in my life and she has been one of the best coaches I have had. Encouraging and keeps me accountable! She deserves a raise!

I worked with PLT Nutrition for 18 months with the goal of losing 25 pounds. Over that time, I had the opportunity to work with three different coaches. Each one was absolutely wonderful and incredibly supportive. Coach Jessica was my final coach, and she played a key role in helping me dial in my nutrition when I started CrossFit at the beginning of the year. Her guidance made a noticeable difference in both my performance and overall well-being. Throughout the entire journey, I also benefited from the wealth of information shared by Patti and Paul. Their deep understanding of nutrition, especially for perimenopausal and menopausal women, was incredibly empowering. I learned so much and felt fully supported every step of the way. Working with PLT Nutrition has truly been life changing. I not only achieved my goal but also gained the knowledge and confidence to maintain a healthier lifestyle moving forward. I’m so grateful for this experience and the amazing team behind it.

I worked with PLT, specifically Coach Jessica for 6 months. It was a gr EA t structured program focusing on common sense and attainable goals and foundations. Jessica was great- always available but not over-powering. Would highly recommend PLT!

I’ve been with PLT for over a year and a half and have worked with a few different coaches. Coming to PLT was merely a way for me to have accountability to assist in dropping the pesky perimenopause and post baby weight gain. I know how to workout. I know how to count macros. But accountability was my issue. However, little did I know I’d walk away with so much more. Each coach I partnered with brought something to me I never considered and opened my eyes to alternatives that were tailored to my personal situation and my body. I am so thankful for PLT!

I have been working with Jen at PLT for quite some time now. I cannot believe I waited so long to make the commitment to being the healthiest me. This program is very doable. Their approach of being a little better every day is something that is attainable for anyone. It's not gimmicky and doesn't require you to abstain from anything. It balances life and adaptability while keeping focused on your goal(s). The coaching and guidance are top notch and not an "in your face" approach. While the program does call for counting macros, it also builds healthy habits and lifestyle changes. In 4.5 months I have lost 22 inches and 11% of my weight. While a great outcome, this program has also helped balance my mindset, my habits and my lifestyle. The inches and weight are tangible numbers, but this program has changed my life in so many other ways!

I have worked with PLT and Coach Allie in the past with great success. Allie and the PLT approach have helped me changed my life and mindset in so many positive ways.
