We purchased an under counter model in April 2017 and have been happy with our purchase. There was some adjustments to be made given the water ph in our area and we got helpful assistance from customer service. If issues come up it is good to know we will be able to work with customer service. Our salesperson Will was helpful and knowledgeable and was great with explaining about the machine and kept us in the loop on the delivery.

I was scared when my wife first wanted to plop down $2g+ on a water filter. "What's wrong with the Brita filter?" I said, still upset about the price tag. My wife, the diligent honey badger that she is, showed me all sorts of materials to show me about water absorption and chemicals in our water. I finally gave in on the condition that I did the research for the water filter. She had one brand in mind which cost $5,000. I did some research of my own, I found that this company was a Multi-Level Marketing Company and everything was about bringing me in as a salesman once I liked the product. No. I just want to drink my water. I found LIFE Ionizers to be a respectable brand and the salesman wasn't very pushy. I don't have to sell water machines in my spare time. I purchased the MX11. The machine was VERY easy to install. It's very simple. I did have an issue taking one of the lines out, but it was a simple solution PLUS I didn't read the directions. Overall, I feel better. I can feel the effects of my supplements and minerals that I take AND my wife is happy. Or happier. Depends on the day.

I was interested in purchasing and ionizer and went to a Kangen presentation. Which totally sold me on the benefits of a water ionizer. However, I was not sold that their product was actually the “gold” standard they clam. After weeks of research comparing product (and brand) specs, watching you tube videos and reading reviews on the BBB, amazon, and other independent sites I had it narrowed down to Bawell and LIFE. I called both. I was less then impressed with the knowledge of the fella I was speaking to at Bawell. I clearly had done more product research then most people and he could not answer my questions. I then called LIFE and spoke to a fella named Will. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products as well as what other companies the industry has to offer. He was also able to explain some of the differences in the major brands.Since I have received my machine I LOVE IT! My husband is thrilled with the under cabinet unit (as it does not look like a science experiment sitting on the counter.) The customer service has been outstanding! I received emails back with-in and hour (if I send it during business hours) and when I call some one actually answers. The things that sold me on LIFE -Choice of Flat or Grid plates - 2 pre-filters are included in price they are not extra and they are custom to your water -2 internal filers -cost of filter replacements - Optional UV light - Nice under cabinet mount -SMPS power supply (not Transformer) -NSF certified -LEAD FREE - cleans after every cycle - cleaning cartridge you use at home - speaks to you and has color indicators on spicket to see what PH water is being produced and level - You can adjust outside the pre-sets (depending on your water source) -easy set up -20 years in business in the USA - Long term Employees - only 1 negative review on Amazon - Top of the line is less then the cost of the Multi level marketing brand

We have using Life Ionizers water for a little over 5 years. My wife and I are in our late 60's and we both feel that drinking this water everyday has made a major impact to our health. Neither of us take any prescription medicine. Would highly recommend this to everybody interested in improving their overall health.
