I've been a Life Ionizer owner for 11 years now and can't say enough good things about my machine, been using it everyday with not a single problem! My beautiful wife Mary loves it too, no complaints. Service staff has upped their game too, ordering replacement filters has never been easier. I thought about and researched the other brands heavily, glad I decided to go with Life Ionizers, I've heard too many horror stories about the others. Thank you Life Ionizers!

I needed to purchase filters for my M11 next generation ionizer. I was a bit confused with all the different models. I sent a message with the live chat and Trisha immediately came on. She was very helpful in helping me to find the right filters and to make it even easier she sent me the direct link. I love my machine an knowing the customer service is great makes it even better. I would highly recommend this company and their product to everyone.

The customer service is terrific! The replacement filters are quite affordable. My Life Ionizer has lasted me for years despite very hard water in the area.

Love the taste of my water and how I feel! I love using it for not only my drinking water, but also my coffee!! Great for washing fruits and veggies and cleaning too! Love this!!!

Bought a Next Generation M7 back in 2015 and we have been VERY pleased with the product. My household is big on drinking water and it has never tasted any better. Our only complaints have been 1) filters are expensive and need replacing about 2 times a year and 2) their website lists all my past orders as "processing" despite being delivered.
