I bought the product Life MXL-11. I love it. The service takes a while to get to you due to Covid-19. I ordered on Oct. 24, 2020 but didn't get it until February 2021. However, it's a good product. Since it's delayed Paul promised to give me $300 as a gift to purchase my filter. I haven't got the filter yet or my order as promised. Hopefully I will get it soon. If I get it then it's worth the wait. I give it a 4 star because I expect the item I purchased over $2K service should be better.

Very pleased with the product. I enjoy the taste of the alkaline water, it has also helped my quality of life. I use the acidic water to clean my house. The purified water is great. Prior to the use of my machine I would get a pink slime in my pets water bowls. Now that I give them the purified water, no pink slime! Stephanie L

I have ordered my number 4 Life Ionizers MXL-15 from Thai in 3 consecutive years for myself and my siblings.He helped me making the purchases smooth and easy.After the purchase,he is there to help whenever and what ever I need to keep my units work at its best.Drinking water is so great that I never have to buy water bottle again.Thank you Life Ionizers ,Thai,and your stafffs!Iconfidently reccomand people that I know about the products.

Liars - they take your money and then never ship the product. and then they come up with excuses about delays to the point, where you realise they are not going to send your goods and you contact your card company and its too late to claim your money back. do not buy!!!!! Update on 15.Apr - they contacted me to send them an email. Again I have still no response again and no resolution - no sight of the refund or the products.

This company is not even worth 1 star. Ordered replacement filters in November 2020 and still not arrived. They wont answer the phone in the uk nor usa. Emails are ignored. Live chat are a waste of time as they are programmed to say to email direct. Please avoid buying from this company as its the worse customer service ever. We now have a machine we cant use.

I purchased the Life MXL13 in 2018. I cannot get the filters now. The company charged my cc in Nov. 2020, im on Auto ship.....have not gotten them yet. 6 calls but always excuses...the year before they were slow to ship them also....but they damn sure take your money!!! What good is the warranty if your required to change them yearly???
