I own the MXL 15 & while I love the water it produces, it stopped working today without notice. I called customer service & they said I needed a new filter, which will going to take 4-5 weeks to get here due to COVID-19 supply chain issues. However, they were able to get me the required filters in about 2 weeks. I would recommend buying some extra filters in advance of actually needing them.

Words cant explain how much I love my ionizer. The health benefits are wonderful. My daughter and son both suffer from asthma and since drinking alkaline water from our ionizer they both have had little to no asthma attacks. Its the only water we drink..the ionizer is so easy to use with a sleek design. IT sits right on my counter top. the alkaline water taste wonderful and you can set the levels of alkaline to your liking. It's the only machine we trust...thank you life Ionizers

When I bought this machine I could not believe , water was so tasty , I drunk much more water then ever before. Besides ,the water is clean and truly delicious. What ever I am cooking I always use alkaline water. My sickness slowly , together with treatment, went away.I know that big part of my treatment was drinking alkaline water and alkaline my cells in my body . These ionizers are a great product for the money. The only negative is that the replacement filters take over a month to receive after ordering.
